    The Rui Palace was so much more that we expected. The staff were so helpful and enjoyable. We stayed 8 days and enjoyed every one, even though we skeptical when we left home to go there. We were there with a group of friends and had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, we always found great meal choices in the buffet as well as the other restaurants there we visited. We enjoyed the evening entertainment, even though it is not Las Vegas level, it was fun. The entertainment staff worked hard at keeping you entertained both at the pool area during the day and with the evening shows. If we return to Cabo, we would definately choose the Riu' again for our stay.

    The service of the staff here was excellent, and the quality of the food was excellent. However, the room bed/sheets/towels were adequate, so when you see 5* in the ratings don't expect a room similar to Wynn, etc.

    Welcomed with a Margarita; wonderful vistas of the pool and the Sea of Cortex; deluxe room with well stocked bar; breakfasts beyond expectations and a wide variety of fine dining!!! Our first trip to Cabo was fun-tastic! Every need was anticipated and prepared for prior to our arrival. From the towel service to the taxi stand, from the constant "hola" in the hall to the highball in "Riu-land"and from our initial greeting to the picture postcard views, we were treated incredibly well. Two separated and dedicated pool areas provided all guests with a choice of family activity or of private rest and relaxation. A welcome choice! We will do this again........soon.     I can't express enough how awesome the staff was in all areas. My view was exactly what I was promised. The bed was like heaven and room was super clean. I would go back in a second when possible. Outstanding job by all at the hotel

    Would definitely stay here again. the pools were great and the drinks were plentiful. also, the buffets and dining facilities were excellent. service was great. no one demanded tips here ...

    Would definitely stay here again. The pools were great and the drinks were plentiful. Also, the buffets and dining facilities were excellent. Service was great. No one demanded tips here but much deserved them ! After 2nd day waiter knew my drink choice and was ready as soon as I walked in for each meal.
