    We have stayed there 3 times since 2005. the first year excellent steadily declined after. when it was new it was great. 2nd and 3rd times beds uncomfortable noisy requested ...

    We have stayed there 3 times since 2005. The first year excellent steadily declined after. When it was new it was great. 2nd and 3rd times beds uncomfortable noisy requested beach front room didnt get it. Was over the bar and it was LOUD all night. Would not return. Buffet food mediocre. I know as we live in Las Vegas home of the buffets.

    RIU Palace was INCREDIBLE! People were amazing views were amazing service was perfect! We stayed 10 days and didnt want to leave. Everyone is SO friendly we were on first name bases with a decent amount of the staff who in the end actually became to be our friends. The only complaints we would have is that we had a couple roudy people during our stay we called security because of the noise and it was resolved instantly. The only other thing the beds are not comfortable at all... But the buffet food was amazing. The waiters bend over backwards to please you... My husband LOVES crab he mentioned this to S who arranged for the chef to saute him some in butter and herbs then blindfolded him and brought it to our table. They did this for him a few times throughout our stay eventhough crab wasnt being served at the buffet. Also the night before we left they surprised us with a special dessert for the two of us. Cant wait to go back! Thank yous need to go to: C C S M R and of course M!

    There was 12 of us in 6 rooms. the rooms were not ready for us eventhough we were guaranteed chek in 3pm. we arrived at 4pm. one of the bedrooms ...

    There was 12 of us in 6 rooms. The rooms were not ready for us eventhough we were guaranteed chek in 3pm. We arrived at 4pm. One of the bedrooms was not ready that they took us to. It was disgusting the bed was not only not made the sheets had blood all over them. Every single one of our rooms got ripped off and whne we spoke to the other guest they seemed to have the same issue. We never ate at any of the nice restaurants because reservations were booked 5 night out we were only there for 4 nights. everyone but 2 of us go food poisonning from the breakfast place. When we wrote the resort of our complaints they just blew us off. We kept in thouch with some of the other guest and they had the same experience.

    I would go back in a heart beat. The grounds were meticulous, the food was sensational, and the service was even better. The atmosphere was relaxing and happy. I would recommend this resort to anyone who loves to visit the warm weather!
