This resort was beautiful and had alot to offer. We got into the scuba diving while we were there and it was the best I have had yet, and the staff was awesome! The beach was pristine and the water was perfect. Definitely looks like something out of a Corona commercial. The drinks were delicious as well. Something for everyone here. I will definitely be returning.

This was my fourth visit to an all inclusive resort to Mexico. This was my least favorite. The quality for the price was resonable. We stayed at the Maya beach resort and I would not recommend staying at that one. You get the worst alcohol and the worst food. If you stay at Tropical or Palace you will enjoy your stay better. The rooms were cleared nicely every day, the bartenders were rude and would not allow us to order what we wanted. The check in and out was easy. If you plan on staying at an all inclusive resort you definenetly get what you pay for.... stay at Palace only. I would not go back.

This hotel is not really all inclusive. There are 4 levels depending on which of the 4 hotels in the resort you are staying in. If you stay in Beach or Caribe then you are part of the lowest level only recieving house wine and beer and well drinks. If you are in Tropical you can get better Tequila but still only house wine and beer and all other types of alcohol are well. If you stay in the Palace or upgrade to a suite or jr. suite in one of the other hotels then EVERYTHING is included. There are a few buffet restauarants but you may only eat in the one that is in your level or below. The same goes for the sit down restaurants that you must have reservations for. If you are in Beach or Caribe you have a choice of 2 restaurants, if you are in Tropical you have a choice of 4 and if you are in the Palace you have a choice of 8. The hotels are really spread out and it takes about 20 minutes to walk from one end of the resort to the other, so make sure you plan for lots of walking.

From the very first moment the wife and I were impressed. The room was great, the staff made us feel we were more than welcome. The food was great, and of course the drinks were great. The atmosphere was fantastic. We met a lot of new people.
