  • Pay a little more for better service!

    The front desk is worthless. never go to them with any request, just find a manager and deal with them. the food is 5/10. hotel is 6/10.

    You had the same breakfast everyday we were there, as well as the late night buffett. The only eggs you had to offer other than standing in line were some kind of fried w/tomato on them, and forget about ordering an omelet. We have been to Cancun before but we brought 4 of our friends and they were ready to go home by day 3.

    Just got back from my 1st trip to bbg....great food, strong drinks....daily fun activites, great service and an overall great staff! the beds are a little stiff, but ...

    Just got back from my 1st trip to BBG....great food, strong drinks....daily fun activites, great service and an overall great staff! The beds are a little stiff, but you don't realize til the morning..then just head back to the bar.. lol. I'm already planning my next trip back!
