My family and I stayed for 3 nights in the kids bunk suite. It was great, they loved their own room and we loved the free breakfast. It was a quick walk to Disney and we could watch the fireworks from the outdoor walkways. Great location, the rooms were fine, not super luxurious but great for the price. Would definitely stay again.

This is NOT a "Resort" but a MOTEL - all rooms surround the parking lot with the swimming pool. Booked a "Family Suite"but what we got was 2 rooms with an adjoining door. The TV was straight out of the 80's! No DVD player included or available; could not hook up a DVD player or computer to watch movies (had our 4 and 6 year old grandchildren with us) and 1 cartoon channel on the few cable channels available. The noise from the water pipes in the room above us woke us several times during the night every night. There were people running & yelling at all hours - and the people SCREAMING at the pool until 10pm kept our grandchildren from going to sleep. Could have booked a true suite for less money down the road at a name hotel but was lured by the "Family Suite" and "Resort" - a pool in the parking lot does not make it a resort.

Pool was truly heated and their was a hot tub also. It allowed my children to comfortably swim outside in December. Quality of breakfast was just okay. We mainly took a bus from parking lot across street to Disneyland each day and made the walk from the hotel one time. It was a comfortable 15 - 20 minute walk. Hotel location was convenient and refrigerator and microwave in room were a nice amenity. If I returned to Disneyland, I would probably look for a hotel within shorter walking distance.

The Cortona staff were always friendly, helpful and courteous. This is not a fancy pretentious place, but if you are looking for a safe, quiet place to stay for seriously less cost thanthe other large hotels nearthe Orange County Convention Center, you should chechthe Cortona out.
