Right next to the gondola, so would be great for ski season. However in the summer, the proximity to the mountains and trails are great. I stayed here for a conference at the Keystone Conf Center and it was literally 5 min down the road. The beautiful views nearby don't hurt either. :)

Silver Mill Condos--Right in the village. VERY short walk to Gondola and ski school. We just stayed one night to get the most of a short trip (Sat/Sun). Didn't get to try out the Sauna or HotTubs. Small Condo but perfect for Mom +2 kids. 2 pull out couches (but you'd really have to rearrange the funiture to pull out both). Full Kitchen. Memory foam mattress more comfortable than home. Some noise from Bars in the village but not bad. Convenient heated basement parking. Fresh cookies at checkin were a surprise.

My husband and I stayed at this location as it was right by the lift and offered number of restaurants within walking distance. Location was perfect, very friendly staff, free bus shuttle if need. The problem that we had was with the room. With I believe a this time a $* per night rate my expectations were to stay in a nice, comfortable place. As we walked in, carpet was dirty, kitchen appliances are from the 80's, fire place did not work, furniture was pretty old and I was grossed out to sit on it. The heater in the bedroom made all sorts of loud noises all night which made it extremely impossible to sleep. Bed was barely a full or a queen size. The matress was so uncomfortable that once my husband got off the bed I pretty much could slide down off the side. Again, the location is excellent but they have to update/ re-design and fix the issues. We won't be staying there again.
