    This is our second time staying here. The staff is very friendly and will do anything you ask. Just steer clear of the ones selling the time shares. A firm "No Thanks" usually gets rid of them. Food is very good for a all-inclusive and I think they stopped watering down there liquer. A great place to stay if your into snorkling and scuba. Fish are everywhere and the boats pick you up right from there own dock. Beach is excellent with white soft sand and no rocks. Bring a $100.00 in singles and fives for the staff for tips. They are hard working and deserve the extra money!!!! Ask for a mattress topper and you will be satisfied with the bedding. Resort is very low key and very relaxing.

    Resort was Fine. We Upgraded to one of their "Grand Royal" Rooms. It is a little nicer room and you get better food. The Pirate Ship tour was a blast, but the Local Hose ride & Local Ancient Ruins Tours were a waste of time and $$. Take the boat to main land if you really want to see Ancient Ruins. Anyway, My wife and I both developed a rash that got worse and worse day by day. At 1st we thought it was due to not properly washing our swim suites, so we began washing them. When we returned back home our doctor told us it was scabies. What more is there to say?

    FOOD IS TERRIBLE! The resort itself was nice with a great secluded layout, great beach, lots of wildlife. perfect for divers and snorklers. BUT the food is downright nasty! It's a 20 min cab ride into town and runs about $25. Albertos Beach restaurant is right next door and has great food if you're set on booking this resort. We just got back and I would never return to this resort.

    Third time for my wife and I at this all inclusive resort hotel. Needless to say that we find it comfortable which is why we keep coming back. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The grounds are beautiful and the beach and pool areas are great. It's Mexico, so you have to remember things are not going to be perfect by US standards. Service at on premise restaurants was somewhat inconsistent, but that is really my only complaint. Would be nice if they had some top shelf liquor for sale at the bar. The cheap liquor they serve at the bar could be improved upon. All in all, a great value. This was a dive trip, and things suited us fine, once again.

    I loved the cottage style rooms, they felt like small houses, especially with the nice porch and hammock. I also liked the large modern bathrooms. The bed was uncomfortably hard, ask for a foam mattress pad when you arrive and all will be well! The food was just ok. When going to the specialty restaurants I felt like I was getting the same food that was served on the buffet. The grounds were very nice with exotic wildlife like peacocks, flamingos and iguanas. This resort is far from town, so be prepared to pay for a taxi (or rent a car as we did) if you want to do site-seeing.
