I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. Just a couple of blocks back from main attractions so your out of the noisest part of the area but close enough to walk everywhere! The room was good size and very very clean and comfortable! The staff were all very nice as well.

We arrived at the Days Inn & Suites By the Falls on the 4th of July. We found dirty towels from previous guests hanging behind the bathroom door. The wallpaper was literally peeling off the wall. There are two small drawers in the desk, one of which had a blanket, and one closet, so no real place to put our clothes. Our room seemed to be in a cobbled on addition to the property. We found we couldn't get to our room from the lobby. We had to go down the hall and then up the stairs/elevator. This wasn't told to us when we checked in. The wireless advertised is slow, but the part I had trouble with is that the front desk never told us we had to open a browser to get the wireless to work. All Zach said was there was no password. Breakfast was okay, but there wasn't any fresh fruit. Even a bowl of apples would have improved it. When we were checking out, there was a water and ice spill in the hallway. We told the desk attendant right away, but he couldn't be bothered. Until someone slipped in it and fell. The air conditioning units ran constantly and noisily. One day, the room wasn't cleaned until about 3:00 and we had been out since before 9:00. We came back, found the unmade room, changed for the pool. After the pool, we came back to change and couldn't get in the room immediately because it was finally getting cleaned.

Back in 2008 I visited Niagara Falls and stayed on the NY side. The hotel was awful. This time around I decided to stay on the Canada side. It was the best choice I ever made. The hotel was located a crosswalk away from the attractions and entertainment of Clifton Hill and the perfect walking distance to everything. A quick walk over Rainbow Bridge made the NY side very accessible. The Hotel room itself was THE CLEANEST HOTEL ROOM I have ever stayed in in my entire life. Not a speck of dust or mold could be spotted anywhere. I was extremely impressed. The quick breakfast in the morning was the perfect start to our day. Not a huge selection but a step up from what other hotels have had to offer. I 10000% recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit the Niagara Falls area and trust me when I tell you to STAY ON THE CANADA SIDE. You won't regret it!
