02/08/2011We stayed in the rio, a harrah's property, and loved our stay... my only regret is that the pools were closed... i would vote for heated pools year around. ...
We stayed in the Rio, a Harrah's property, and loved our stay... My only regret is that the pools were closed... I would vote for heated pools year around. We will choose the Rio for our next trip.

the price was right, and all staff and service was very good
02/08/2011The room was updated, clean and comfortable..although the lighting in my room was dim at night..the front desk people were efficient and helpful..harrahs had a casino floor ...
the room was updated, clean and comfortable..although the lighting in my room was dim at night..the front desk people were efficient and helpful..Harrahs had a casino floor that was full of people having a good time. the restaurant had a line of people waiting to be seated, and the waitresses were slow to take an order and to serve food, not enough cooks in the kitchen ? add a free newspaper at my door and a free continental breakfast bar with waitstaff in attendance and raise your room rates by 6 or 7 dollars a room day and then you would have a "best service " offer to place before the traveler

We stayed at Harrah's twice and enjoyed or stay both time. The basic room is a great deal for the money. The rooms are comfortable, clean and there is excellent service. We leave the room each day and when we return in the evening it's completely cleaned and re-made as if we just arrived. John & Mary
