    Xmas was very busy, but all staff took as much time as you needed and didn't put you off, very helpful. The Flavors buffet was the best we ate at (even the Rio's, which had a 2 hr lineup) Enjoyed this hotel, the shuttle service to Rio and it is Pet Friendly. Also, received an upgrade. Thank you and we will come again.

    I've stayed at a number of Las Vegas hotels over the years, but what I really liked was the convenient location and quick, easy access to the strip from our hotel room. Other hotels in Vegas require a 10-15 walk through massive hallways and a casino before you even see daylight. At Harrahs it's no time at all till you can be on the strip, at McD's for a quick midnight snack, or in the taxi line. Plus, the newly renovated rooms were great. My only complaint was the lack of TV channel choices, for when you just want a few minutes away from the rush of the casino.

    This was my first time going to Las Vegas so I do not have any other hotels to compare. However I enjoyed my time here. The location for the price was amazing. Right in the middle of the strip and about a 30 min walk taking trains to get anywhere. That is one benefit of this hotel is there is a train station at the hotel which can pretty much take you from one end of the strip to the other. The hotel room and view was great for the price. I had booked a standard room but was extremly nice to the check in staff and made some jokes with them and just asked if there was a chance of getting a room upgrade and they did so for free. I would definitly suggest this hotel to others. I did not go to the pool though because I traveled in December and all the pools were closed. That would probably be the only drawback to this hotel because the pool did seem a bit small. But if your not looking for a great pool this is definitly a great hotel to stay and for the price.

    Enjoyed the location on the strip very much. Everything is close by that you might want. Upgraded the room from basic to a deluxe room for $15 a night and was worth it because it had a coffee maker and 2 flatscreen tvs. I will definitely stay at harrah's again.
