    We always stay at Harrahs and every one of experiences have been great with the exception of one. I am a light sleeper and heard the elevator most of the night going up and down and the doors opening and closing. Called the desk and explained and we were given credit and moved to a nicer room. Very quiet. I don't know about these people that say they would never stay there again. We have never had a problem at this hotel nor have any of our many friends that have stayed there. I am very fussy about my room and Harrahs has always met my expectations.

    Hotel was very nice. Our room was very clean and housekeeping staff were very accommodating. Hotel was within walking distance to some good restaurants and other casinos. The restaurants at Harrah's were a little pricey although we did enjoy Flavors, the buffet restaurant. The staff always made sure the food areas were well stocked and clean. We enjoyed the pool but drinks were very expensive poolside. We would definitely stay again. The slots were tight-didn't see many winners, but that's what gambling is all about-right machine at the right time.

    Overall our stay was a positive one. We were able to check-in as soon as we arrived (around 10:30 am). The person who assisted us was very helpful and friendly. However, in between the check-in desk and the elevators to our rooms is a concierge desk and we were practically ambushed with their sales pitch for shows and "just a couple hours of your time" and "two for one" and their great deals. We just arrived from a 4 hour flight with our suitcases still in hand and were not happy with this at all. Our room was nice. The view could have been a little better, but how long do you really spend in there, right? It was very clean. We had everything we needed. The bathroom was in very good condition and well maintained. There was minimal noise from surrounding rooms and none from the hallways. The casino was clean, there was always a cocktail waitress ready to help quench your thirst! We had the midnight steak and eggs in the restaurant which was good. The service was good and the staff very friendly. The entrances and exits are convenient to the other hotels. The music and the band playing outside was a nice addition, although I could have done without the tshirt and perfume vendors which just made it difficult to navigate in and out on that side of the hotel. Overall, though, a good experience!!

    I was a little hesitant to book at Harrahs b/c it was cheaper than the other hotels I looked at. I figured that a cheaper price would mean a cheaper looking room. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It was beautiful. Actually it was as nice as the room I had at the MGM a year ago. The hallways were a little dingy, but not dirty. And you can't beat the location - right in the middle of all the action. Only downfall I could see is the pool-- very small. But who needs a pool when there is so much else to do in Vegas?!?!

    We only stayed there 1 night but I have been staying with Harrah's for over 16 yrs. The staff was very pleasant checking in and out. The room was really nice. Did better gambling at Harrah's sister properties (Paris for one). We would go back, had a wonderful evening at Toby Keith's Bar & Grill, just don't leave your drink to go dance the bar maid will take it
