    As a traveler that only gets to travel every few years, I am looking at each facility differently. This one is a high end resort and I don't mind paying for this if everything is included. The extra daily charge for things that I don't use on vacation (daily paper, wifi and exercise equipment) I really don't appreciate. It also would be great to have a small fridg (not one that's only there for purchasing items...and we couldn't find a key for that). And you should make sure your staff is friendlier and willing to accomodate...as the conciere was never at their desk once when we went looking for help. But really nice and clean...and great bed!!

    My son and I stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend. The room was spacious and inviting, the staff were very helpful, and the amenities seemed great. Unfortunately we were so busy with family activities that we barely spent any time at the hotel--my son didn't even have a chance to swim, although we did go TOUCH the pool one night (it was nice and warm, but just too late to go swimming). We got a great rate over the holiday weekend and if I can get anything close to that in the future I'm sure we'll stay here again.

    The rooms, bar, pool, and lobby were fantastic. We loved the comfort and styling of the room. We ordered room service at 10 pm and were told it would be there in 30 minutes. It arrived in 15 minutes. The staff was very courteous. Will definitely return.

  • Nice but noisy

    Noisy because there were several weddings going on but a nice property. a/c would not turn off and room was very cold but bed was very comfy.
