- Departs from Palms main entrance. Daily USA Today newspaper available for guest pick-up at the Front Desk and Bell Desk
- Unlimited local and toll-free calls within the U.S.
- Printing of boarding passes at the Front Desk and Concierge
- Printing copies and faxes at the Front Desk and Concierge
- Excludes color copies and large print jobs
- An incidental deposit for standard rooms and suites has been reduced from 100 per day to 50 per day.

I paid more to book a suite but it was just a room. I was dissapointed. The t v was very small. I paid 20 dollars per night for resort fee what a rip off. The pool furniture is dirty they had so many workers out at the pool standing arround doing nothing they should have been steam cleaning the lounge chairs. The one thing i did love was 50 club on thursday eat for half price buffet breakfast fantastic free spin gift 4 dollar movie half price dinner crab legs were great. I recommend the venetian.

We had a great time in Vegas! The Palms hotel is super clean, and fun! The updated rooms were very nice and the service was exceptional. We had dinner at Nine Steakhouse and the food was great. Thanks Palms for a fun weekend!
