    First trip to Mexico and to an all inclusive resort. Weather was great. The service and facilities were excellent. Food was better than average. Drinks could have had more alcohol but you could have as many as you wanted.Towels could have been better as could the shuttle service around the resort and to other Palace Resorts. Be sure to confirm your return trip to the airport right away if pre arranged, as we didn't and almost had to pay $90.00 for the ride. They did squeeze us in at the last minute but it took some doing. Overall, we would go back to Aventura

    this resort treats their customers fantastic and the dinners are wonderful. The breakfast and lunch buffets are like all the all-inclusive resorts but the food was good. We liked going to the other Palace resorts for free too, especially their most recent purchase of Club Tulum, 5 miles away. It has the most beautiful beach with all you can drink and eat again!

    Adults-only, so ""being young"" (wink wink) is encouraged. be forewarned (or happy!), topless is the norm. great food, fantastic service.....we'd live there if we could!

    Everything about this trip was absolutely great. the staff was extremely friendly and eager to please. the food was unexpectantly wonderful. amenties were second to none. we will definitely return!!
