    Everyone at the aventura palace was so friendly and welcoming. we had a fabulous vacation. very relaxing, snorkeled at the resort, the food was good.

    My husband and I stayed for a week in 11/2011 and fell in love with everyone and everything! If you are looking for a relaxing (yet not boring) place to stay, this is it! The rooms were comfy and clean. All the restaurants had fabulous foo. The staff, and especially our bartender Julio, was absolutely the best! We couldn't have had a nicer stay and will definitely return =)

    1st class from front desk to housekeeping. A little pricey but Resort credit just like free money, really! Spa, unreal. Food, good to xlnt. If you dont see something just ask. Bar and drinks, truly Top Shelf and made to order. Nightly shows,again good to xlnt. House keeping , amenities and mini bar restocked daily. Pools and service, big, clean and quick. Beach, none. It has inlets from the sea for swim, kayak and snorkel but the " Beach "is sand over concrete. No toes in the sand here. Tipping, to assure I am treated like James Bond, $3-5 a day housekeeping. $5-7 specialty dinners. $1-2 per round of two drinks. $1-2 for the golf cart transportation to the Cove side for shows and dinners.{ A long way on a bad knee.} $30-40 a day. If I cant afford to tip for outstanding service, { I live in Vegas } I stay home. But that's how I roll.

    Me and my girlfriend stayed at the Adventura during labor day weekend. I must say that the place was kinda empty. However the staff ran the place like it was a 100% occupied. The customer service that we experienced was top notch. The food at all the resturaunts within the facility was great and rooms and the grounds were imaculate!!!! Everywere you turned staff greeted you with a smile and would ask if you needed anything!!! We felt like KINGS AND QUEENS.... BEDS OOOOOOH SO COMFORTABLE! ROOM OHHHHHH SO CLEAN, FRIDGE AND LIQUER CABINATE RESTOCKED EVERYDAY, EVEN WHEN THEY TURNED DOWN THE ROOM THEY CLEANED IT.. AMAZING DETAIL HOUSEKEEPING WOULD MAKE THESE ANIMALS OUTTA TOWELS (NICE TOUCH)... Like i said we went sept 2nd to 9th.. and it was great no kids no teens not a lot of vistors either.. The resort is brand new.. room are very modern and quite spacious w/balconies, the gym is awsome they have spinning classes in the morning and other fitness classes.. AND THE SPA!!!!!! WHAAAAAAAAAT!!! oooooo soooooo great! the spa, the spa.. just great!!!!! Fabulous! Ok the only down side is that there is no beach.. however if once you see those 10 ft waves crashing into the surf i dont think it would be safe to have a beach there...
