    went here last minute on advice of travel agent. I was single but was ridiculed repeatedly for being at party of ""1"". Very relaxing spa. Lighting at night turns off by 10:30 and did not receive wakeup call last morning when I had a flight to catch. Almost missed it. Single female traveling alone in the Platillos section far away also was handicapped and found access a joke. Staff over all friendly but hustled tips. Lagoon snorkeling fun.

    This is the best resort I have stayed at and believe me, I have stayed at a lot of them. The staff was amazing and the rooms were great. Even better, the food was awesome!!!! After leaving Punta Cana in the Dominica Republic, I was hesitant about going on another trip. Punta Cana was terrible but Aventura Spa palace is the best., I am planning my second trip right now

    My husband and I went to Aventura for our honeymoon. We had the best time lying by the pool and having people serve you is great. I think we ate at ever restaurant and they were all very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely would go back! I would not recommend going to Xcaret, too much money for what it was.

    Only 2 complaints, it's an 1 1/2 hr drive from the airport, and the pool bar closes at 6 and the pools close at 7. I wished they were open later. These 2 complaints are small compared to the positives. The rooms are small but very beautiful. We had a view of one of the lush courtyards and it was very private. The food and their customer service is an A++. We are thinking about returning to ASP asap! Feel free to email me. We were very satisfied

    The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The restaurant staff was even more helpful(We had a large group of 20). We had a ocean view if you leaned over the rail. Great resort. I do not recommend the Olympia Tours R/T transfer.
