OK, I guess.

a. Half room is under ground. Kind of dark. b. The main room color are black & dark brown. c. No towels. We final got it after 3 repeated requests. And, we asked 4 sets but only got 3. d. No cloth hangers. Upon request, they brout 3 and said that "That is all I can find". (Note: We have 3 people. One has one hanger!)

This hotel is very picturesque, located on the top of a hill overlooking Santa Fe. It is only a short drive to the Plaza (5 minutes) and we found the location to be very convenient to not only the Plaza, but also other shopping, restaurants, and the highway. Our room was serviced daily and the bed was quite comfortable. We did not take advantage of the hotel bar, restaurant or pool, so I can't really comment on those aspects of the property. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we travel back to Santa Fe.

Very accomodating staff, attractive rooms, good location once you find it (!), excellent bar, good restaurant. The only problems were inadequate lighting in the rooms, and a poorly trained maid staff. They couldn't manage to get the in room coffee supply right (if they can't supply a couple of cups of regular coffee, they should put a pot in the lobby), only gave us one wash cloth for two people, and were pretty slow to make up the rooms after we went out. It would help if they had "Do not Disturb/please make up the room" signs to hang on the door.

I have no complaints. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was good. The mid-morning snacks and the afternoon snacks were good. I used the fitnesss room. I would recommend the hotel and will go back when I am in Santa Fe.
