    We were generally very pleased with our room at the Innsbruck. The only thing is that the rooms are very small. But, for the price, they are extremely nice. The staff was more than accomodating. They went out of their way to be sure everything was just right. The shuttle is very helpful. They will take you anywhere and pick you up again. Whether it is to ski or to go to a restaurant or even just to go and walk around town. We were very pleased with our time at the Innsbruck in Aspen, and we would definately go there again.

    The accomodations here are very luxurious. We were swiftly located in our suite. It features a living room/kitchen areaa with a fireplace and flat screen tvs in both lr and bedroom. The kitchen was beautifully appointed with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a washer/dryer closet. The bath too was opulent with a jetted but. Amenties were: a separate lounge with fireplace and tv., pool/jacuzzi, exercise room and shuttle service to Aspen, only a few blocks away. We enjoyed our stay here and everyone was friendly and helpful.

    Front desk friendly,quick check in, helpful with information on town & surrounding areas. very close to everything, shopping, restaurants, entertainment. can walk into town,also they have their own shuttle ...

    Front desk friendly,quick check in, helpful with information on town & surrounding areas. Very close to everything, shopping, restaurants, entertainment. Can walk into town,also they have their own shuttle van if you would like ride to town or back to hotel by just calling them, not much parking in town. Inn is nice & CLEAN, will be recommending to others. Also we forget clothing in room & they mailed them right away to us when we called.
