Excellent location across from Disney gates! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Was happy that continental breakfast was included however was not overly impressed with the quality or selection of food choices. Also, perhaps my Canadian children are a hardy lot, however it seemed that the pool was heated the first night they swam but then not!?! The rooftop vantage point for fireworks was great but a hot tub would have also been appreciated. Finally, while our room was adequate, the carpets were truly filthy and I quite frankly I shuddered to let anyone remove their shoes!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking fee was reasonable and nice to have valet service. We felt safe and secure. The room was immaculate and cozy. The breakfast area had a wonderful view and plenty of choices. So nice to be so close to Disneyland and come to the room to refresh yourself and then go back for more.

11/21/2012Our room was nice and clean. very friendly staff. parking was tight and i didn't like paying an extra fee for parking as a paying hotel guest.

I was very disapointed with this hotel. The lights were not working & when I called to let them know they put me on hold forever. The thermostat was broken so the room was freezing. We had to disconnect the AC and then the room felt stuffy. The breakfast was a joke and they didn't clean the rooms till like 4pm. I would never return to this hotel even if they paid me.

The best thing about this hotel is that it was clean. The breakfast area, the room, the bathrooms were all clean. The staff was great even though we arrived for our 4:00 pm check in at 7:00 am. They took care of our bags, sold us Disney tickets, and when our room was ready (earlier than 4:00), they called us. When we arrived at our room, our bags were there, the heat was on, and there were plenty of towels. Of course, this is not a fancy resort hotel, but it made our Disney trip comfortable and care free. Breakfast is minimal, but the kids were happy with the donuts and milk. We especially appreciated how quickly they fixed a small problem with the shower faucet. It was fixed while we ate our breakfast. That was fast!
