The Good..For $3 you can have unlimited access to shuttle to and from Disneyland all day, pets are allowed (no extra charge), pool and landscaping are beautiful. staff was friendly, room was clean and had fridge. The Bad...If you are used to staying at the Sheraton, you will be disappointed! NO HEAVENLY BED HERE! Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Even as a Preferred Guest with Gold status..there was a $55 fee to upgrade and have access to the Club Floor. Whereas, at EVERY other Sheraton I have stayed at it's a benefit of being a Starwood Preferred Guest. Parking was ridiculous...18.00/day for valet, 14.00/day to self park in the parking lot right beside valet. Very limited parking, extremely small spaces. This is something I would expect at the Westin, not a low grade Sheraton. Not horrible, just wasn't as plush at the usual Sheraton stay, wasn't worth daily rate of 135.00, plus 14.00 for parking.

Went to the other Sheraton first and was told its was the Sheraton Park...though it was ok since its even nearer to Disneyland. Its just about 15mins walking distance from the hotel to the park and the rooms are nice and clean. The beds are wonderful! Very comfy.
Very nice hotel to stay in. -

04/17/2007Great hotel. very clean and the beds were fantastic. only one complaint. the elevators took forever! would have taken the stairs but could not muster carrying a 5 year old ...

A great three day Disney weekend was complemented by the staff at the Sheraton. The front desk and Guest Services staff are excellent! They stored our luggage on our early arrival (we arrived at 9am), and set us up with the shuttle to SNA on our departure. While not directly on the grounds of Disney, it?s a reasonable walk to the Pumon parking lot shuttle. We walked back & forth through the weekend. Only issue was the noise from the neighboring room of cheerleaders. Adjoining room doors are not sound-proof. Not a huge problem, we weren?t in the room much!

Had a great time. We were able to watch the fireworks every night from our room. They were fantastic. Guest services were the most helpful bunch of guys. Anything you thought of doing they were able to help you plan or suggest alternative activities that they felt would interest you. The beds in the room were extremely comfortable. Within walking distance to Disney yet far enough that the noise is not a factor.
