Nice big open area for check in. Gift shop has good hours as I came in late from working and could still pick up little gifts for my kids. Also little cafe type convenient store wit Starbucks. Super cool glass elevator over looking the pool as you go up to your guest room giving you a little view of Anaheim. I liked this hotel, I'd stay there again if in Anaheim.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Check in went smoothly as well as room selection. The receptionist looked at what was available and gave us a full balcony overlooking the pool. We like this hotel because it is also convenient to restaurants inside the hotel as well as near by and the bar is a great place to unwind with a cocktail after a day at the Disneyland Parks. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice clean room, lobby, restaurant and coffee shop/sundry store. Shuttle to Disney land picks up at the entrance every half hour for a nominal fee. Worth every dollar. Sundry store opened till late which was nice when you come back late from Disneyland. They also have snack food, fresh cofee and all other drinks. The prices were quite reasonable considering they were in the hotel lobby. Staff was vey nice and helpful. We asked if we could change our room to the one facing the Disneyland and they were very accomodating without giving you any hassle. Nice pool and jaccuzi with a pool bar was a nice touch. The pool was heated but outdoor and it was little too cold for SoCalifornians. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We ended up in the handicapped room because they couldn't provide us with another room with a King size bed. The staff seemed annoyed at our demand for a king size bed (even though that's what we'd booked). Once settled, however, we were pleased. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved that it was so close to Disneyland and wished we'd had time to enjoy the pool. Our room looked out onto the pool, and it seemed very nice.

We loved the hotel. Very convenient to Disneyland. We had two rooms, connecting, which was great for us. The kids loved the rooms, we could see the fireworks from our balcony. We would definitely use this hotel again. A very easy walk to Disneyland.
