    They gave us two bottled waters everyday. The hotel is connected to the Miracle Mile Shops, right in the middle of the Strip. Somewhat close to the Monorail. I would stay there again.

    Stayed there 5 days, the ice machine on the 29th floor was not fixed for 5 days. maid cleaned the room but left a rag in the bathroom. no floor ...

    Stayed there 5 days, the ice machine on the 29th floor was not fixed for 5 days. Maid cleaned the room but left a rag in the bathroom. No floor mat in the bathroom on the first day. Bathroom light was out, waited nearly 1 hour nobody came to fix it; however it was fixed when I came back after the show. Sound insulation was poor, you can hear the conversation & foot steps next door.

    Got a terrific deal! The hotel is centrally located which made it perfect for going north or south on the strip. The check in went very quickly and the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and exactly what we asked for (king bed, view of the strip). Loved the separate shower stall (instead of tub/shower combo). Nice big bathroom, nice flat screen tv, nice desk area. Good restaurants within the hotel and in the attached MIracle Mile shopping area. Great buffet (Spice Market) in the hotel. We only had breakfast there but everything was very fresh with lots of variety. Price was decent too. The only negative thing I can say is the room needs to be lit a little better and needs a bit more storage.

    Planet Hollywood was great! I had a blast staying there. I booked both times through this site and the deal was great. I stayed in the Hollywood Hip room. It was perfect! The size is great the beds are comfy and the bathroom is amazing!! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. I also loved the location. It is right in the middle of the strip so you have nice walking distance to most places there. I wish it had a bigger variety of restaurants in the casino like some of the others did. The Mile Shops were a lot of fun to go through as well. I cant wait to go back!!!
