    From arriving at the hotel, it took over two hours to check in. Of our party of three, one member was given a room in which housekeeping had not yet visited (at 10:00 pm). Staff was full of apologies, but offered no comps or upgrades for the inconveniences. Table games offered great visual asthetics, but harsh and unwelcoming attitudes from the dealers. While visiting the sports book, charged $8 for drinks because we were not playing on the bar poker machines (while placing bets on basketball games for several hundred dollars) Casino floor hard to find direction in due to circular structure and hidden exits.

    My husband and I had a great time at Planet Hollywood. The room was very nice and was relatively big by Vegas standards. We loved the Miracle Mile which is right off the hotel and has a ton of shops plus a lot of restaurants. We also liked how close the hotel was to the strip and other hotels. You walk right out the front door and your on the strip. We would stay at the Planet Hollywood again.

    I jumped into the first line that I saw, waited probably for 3 minutes, and was cordially placed into a suite. I was also upgraded for free into a spot that was fantastic. The gentleman that helped upgrade me also handed over a voucher for a free bottle of Sauza. What a steal!!! When I stay in Vegas next, it'll be in Planet Hollywood or nowhere

    Construction going on outside the hotel two days in a row at 5 AM. When I called the front desk they said there is nothing they can do about it (because it was off hotel grounds) and hung up. Asked for a late check out and they would not allow it because the hotel was full. Mentioned they should give me one because of the construction and they said since they were not doing the construction and its not there fault no late check out. Lastly LONG taxi lines at the hotel. I had to be somewhere and could not wait a 1/2 hour for a cab. Walked across the street to Belaigo and no cab line and tons of taxis waiting. I asked the taxi driver why they would wait there for a fare when the Planet Hollywood had a bid line of people waiting for cabs? Suprise she said all taxis avoid the hotel because they give the cab drivers attitute. They would rather wait for a fare then go there and get hasseled. Bad Service, Bad Staff, Bad Attitude stay away.
