Prior to heading to Vegas, a member of our prepaid party of 3 had to back out of the trip. Needless to say we were a little bummed, and very tired after flying in from Charlotte. I let the registration staff know that we would not be needing a second room, and would like to upgrade the other room if the price was right. It was! If you don't know, standard rooms are in high demand. Premium rooms during the week are not booked as often. We were offered an upgrade to a 2br Panorama Suite for a VERY significant discount and jumped at the offer. Needless to say the view was incredible! This was my second stay with PH, and I look forward to many more!

Arrived at PH around 12:30 AM. I had reseved 2 Resort rooms. Was told no Resort rooms were left (even though my reservations said Guaranteed) and was given 2 "Hip-Hop" rooms. The next day went to front desk because we hated the rooms and was told that "no where on our reservation did it say Resort Room". I was furious. Only because I was a repeat customer at PH they upgraded me to a Vista room and my sons moved to a Resort Room. Had I not complained I would have paid for an upgraded room that I would never have gotten.

We stayed at PH last year and chose a different hotel this year - returning next year w/ our teen children and will definitely select PH again! This is the perfect location - fun casino, BEST place for guacomole & chips (Yolos) in addition to other yummy and varied places to eat, mall right next door w/ a varienty of shops from high end to your average place... just a walk away from other major hotels and casinos (Bellagio, Ceasars) -- again, this is the best location and the prices were moderate.

Love the hotel!! Rooms dont have drawer space but who cares. I usually live our of my suit case anyway. The heart beat plays hip-hop,R&B and Pop music after 10pm with a live D.J and you can party there if you arent interested in the vegas club scene. Love the pleasure pit. Great food at Planet Dalies all for a reasonable price. Try the Steak House on the second floor as well. This hotel is more attractive to the 20-40 something crowd that isnt interested in sleeping!! I used to stay at the MGM but I will always stay here now!! I dont think this hotel is for people with small kids.

This is a great hotel for those who want a younger crowd, during my 3 days there I saw not one child or person over 50. Las Vegas at times can feel more like disneyland with all the families that come there, Planet Hollywood caters to the Las Vegas of old, It is very modern the rooms are great although there was a shortage of hot water for the showers at time but not too bad, I highly reccomend it for 20-40 year olds
