Check in was easy. Room's are clean upgraded to strip view for a little extra worth it. Pool was clean. Top less drunk girl past out by room in the middle of the day got to love Vegas. Security got her quick. Would love to stay at PH again.

Definitely not worth your time or money. Bathroom had tiles falling off the shower wall, chipped paint, cheap furniture, and no drawers for clothes. Lights in the room were just about nonexistent. Pool was a major disappointment. You might as well just put a lounge chair on the sidewalk out on the strip to get the same atmosphere as the pool---which was even closed one afternoon for a "private function". Staff seemed indifferent, unmotivated, and not helpful. We have stayed at 12 different hotels in Vegas, and this is one of only 2 that we would not recommend to anyone.

I understand there cannot be any windows in Las Vegas but I think hotel staff needs to do something about all the dust in the room. I do not know how they control this issues with their suite or villa but My wife and I had problem with sleeping because of dry and stuffy air.

This hotel is in north Hollywood, it is convenient and beautiful. The pool is great, and the hotel provides free shuttle to the Universal studio. I don't know about the rate for parking in LA, but they charge 15 dollars per night for parking. It was a little noisy when you open your balcony door, because of the highway, but you can't really hear it if you close the door. Oh one thing I have to mention, that we lost a little bag with high-end brand make-ups in it. It was lost in the room, and we were suspicious regards to how it was lost.
