The hotel was comfortable. It doesn't hurt that it has a P F Changs in the casino and the best spa in Vegas. I would not recommend the PeepShow---Holly Madison was a disappointment. KO

Just returned from our stay of 4 days at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas....was dissapointed, room beat up, could have been cleaner, too loud, would not stay there again. The pool area has chairs lined up and you have a tough time sitting and getting up to the cramping of chairs.. However let me add the staff they have were all very nice and our Casino host Traci was Terrific. Would not stay there again, but would still stay at Harrahs other properties.

Decided to upgrade from Hollywood Hip to resort room at checkin for a more roomy stay. The room had a smell to it. the bed cover was stained and three pillow cases. Everyday we had a clean towel with a stain on it. My wife wanted to use the shower and no hot water was coming out of it, its a good thing we also had an oversized tub. The first day, I called room service to sweep the bathroom because it looked dirty and it seemed that the room was not dusted when we arrived. we always stay at the Planet Hollywood and were very pleased with the cleaning service in the past, the customer service has always been good to us. I think next time we will check the reviews to other hotels before we book. The Venitian and Bellagio have good reviews, I think next trip I will look into those hotels. Thanks for the memories Planet Hollywwod.

Would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are dark and dreary. Not enough soap and towels. If you were unfamiliar with hotel you could not find a place for a cheap breakfast. Found one into our 4th day of 6. Casino manager was very helpful though. Pool boring.

My wife and I went to Vegas for the second time. We had stayed at Caesar's the first time and we really enjoyed it. This time we wanted to stay somewhere different. My wife suggested Planet Hollywood. They do Miss USA, True Beauty, and other television tapings there. It is a very upbeat hotel/casino. The room was very nice. Memorabilia from A League of There Own was in our room. The buffet was phenomenal it literally takes up an entire floor. I do suggest getting the 24 hour buffet pass, it is a bargain. The casino is large, very nice, but super loud! They play dance and mixes all night long. You can barely enjoy yourself because the music is so freaking loud. You will not get a drink there, believe me. They do not come around very often for a drink order. Other than losing a lot of money there (slots are not loose, dealer wins on just about every hand), the loud music constantly blasting, and a long check in upon arrival it's just ok. I have visited many other casinos and have seen better. If you like non-stop party in your ear. You have picked a winner here.
