Important Hotel Information
- Please be advised that prior to check out, you will see a Taxes and Fees section which includes the propertys daily resort fee of 5.00 per day per room, plus 5% of total room charge per day per room. This will then be included in your total charges.
- Hotel requires Photo ID and Major credit card for Identification purposes at check-in. Guests checking in must be at least 21 years of age.
- This property is completely Non Smoking. Please note there will be a 150 charge for smoking in any of the rooms.
- Pets permitted in the Oceanfront Efficiencies only, 15 per night/per pet fee and 20 lbs weight limit for pet. Nonaggresive breeds only. Carriers are recommended in the event you must leave your pet alone in a guest room. Pets must be on a leash when in public areas. Pets are not permitted in pool areas or restaurant areas. Advance notice is required for all guests traveling with pets. For those guests traveling with pets, the pet fee will be collected at check-in.

Indoor pool, spa and lazy river real nice when it's 35 degrees outside. broken heat/ac unit in room, toilet kept running all night. This was fixed the next day. Guest unload/loading area very limited, they did however have plenty of room to park contractor and resort vehicles in these spots. A contractor hit our car when we were loading up to leave and tried to leave the area. I had to stop him and get his information. Real nice, thanks for damaging a brand new car. Resort rep took the info, but no apology for the incident. DON"T THINK I"LL BE TELLING PEOPLE TO STAY HERE.

We were very unimpressed with the room. Not that clean, outside balcony had cigarette butts and pool things laying around on them. Hole in the wall to the outside which made it cold (we were there in late October during a cold spell.)

The hotel is old and smells. The paint job in the rooms are terrible and we found a roach in the bathroom the next morning when we woke up. The carpet has stains on it also. Please don't waste your time or money. The internet service is free but went down serveral times.

Our room was very clean and well supplied with towels, a safe and a real closet. The view of the ocean and the pool was excellent. The bathroom was very large. We enjoyed having both an indoor and outdoor pool and the employees were extremely nice and welcoming.
