    Very friendly staff. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and being taken care of. The food was very good. The beds were very hard but this was overlooked due to the awesome view of the ocean, clean pool and friendly staff. We hope to return again soon.

    don't listen to any of the bad reviews. they make no sense. we just got back and we enjoyed every bit that we were there. a great experience at the fiestamericana. the wait staff were perfect. the rooms were perfect, just no fridge. the food was very good., no problems. enjoyed the variety, the italian restruant that is on site was great. the lunch and dinner buffet were great. the diving and snorkeling were perfect right at the hotel. the beach was much better than i pictured. easy acces to the ocean, bring divers boots short or medium height for the rocks and flippers. the pools were clean and great. and the walk accross the street is almost a non issue. we will return to the fiesta if we return to cozumel. great vacation. weather and fun.

    This was our second time staying at Fiestamericana Cozumel. We had a great time. The staff is friendlly and efficient, especially in the restaurant. The hotel is clean, quiet, festively painted, and laid out comfortably.The location away from the city and cruise ship piers is a plus. Enjoyed the food. Would like to see more traditional mexican food on the menu. Overall rating very enjoyable. Plan to return soon.

    Spent April 20-26 here and had a great time. The staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to assist us in any way. They even remembered our names. The food was good, the entire resort was very clean and well kept. The pools were very nice. If you go, stop in and see Daysi to book a tour; she's very helpful and sweet. Great snorkeling 5' off the beach; it's "iron shore" and holds lots of different colorful fish. Met lots of very nice people and staff.

    Resort was wonderful!!! Staff is very attentive. Food is just okay, a little variety would be nice. The snorkeling is fantastic!!! Our beach waiter Arron was so much fun,he brought us the best drinks! This is a great family resort with activities daily. We would stay here again!!!
