    Rained a little, but when sunny, beach was great. ocean view awesome (and romantic). excellent service and overall very good food selection.

    Buffet Breakfast gets old FAST. Some things need attention liewarped pool que's. Evening actvites were either cancled, or not very good. Don't get me wrong, beautiful location, great room, friendly staff, but it could be better.

    This hotel was rated 4 stars. But matched up to only 2. Horrible stench from the lagoon, smelled like sewer. People got stuck in elevators. Roofs did not protect against rain, you would ge soaked walking anywhere. Just about everything was breaking and being fixed including keycard entry. It is old, and musty in the rooms. Good staff though.

    This hotel disappointed us. Rated 4 stars it was probably more 2. Everything was being fixed there, elevators, doors, paint, tiles, pool, lagoon. During our stay lagoon smelled like sewer the whole time. The roof does not protect from the rain at all you end up being soaked just to walk to the restaurant. Our door locks were broken on both rooms we had and barely worked when they switched us to other rooms. Pool was dirty and had glasses from the bar floating where kids were playing. Horrible hotel from opinion of other guests that we talked to as well. We got stuck in the elevators twice."

    Hotel was great, hotel staff fantastic, drinks strong at barracuda bar, the food was good and three out four restaurants have unobstructive views of the ocean. Rooms nice, pools small but the ocean is large. We had a great time.
