Important Hotel Information

  • Guests must be at least age 21 to check-in.
  • The Mirage charges a fee for incidentals which is collected at check-in and then the remaining balance will be refunded at the time of departure. The method of deposit is a credit card and 200/per stay will authorized. A 25 Daily Resort fee, plus tax, is to be paid at check in and includes services and amenities that are sure to enhance your experience at The Mirage. The Daily Resort Fee includes the following hotel services; complimentary internet access (in room), access to the Fitness Center at The Mirage Spa, daily newspaper available for pick-up at the Impulse Store and Bell Desk and unlimited local and toll-free calls. At The Business Services Center; complimentary notary service and up to 10 copies or faxes (black & white only), and complimentary printing of boarding passes.

    Pool currently opened-hours 9am-5pm. BARE @ The Mirage TBA-hours 9am-5pm.

    The package was a good value. the pool was lovely. there was no place where you could get away from the constant noise if you wanted to have a quiet ...

    The package was a good value. The pool was lovely. There was no place where you could get away from the constant noise if you wanted to have a quiet conversation or drink. I would have preferred to have a coffee setup in the room rather than having to go out for coffe first thing in the morning. It was very inconvenient to not have use of the in room refrigerator. I was told at check in that if I put anything in the refrig, I would be charged for its usage. Although the internet was available in our room, we had to pay $25 a day as a "resort charge" to cover the use of it. I probably will never go back to Las Vegas unless someone else is paying for it.

    The resort fee @ $25 a night is like the baggage handling fee the airlines charge .you should add this cost to whatever you're paying for the nightly room rate . ...

I thought I was getting coffee in the room at at laest the morning paper but i didn'r see either.the only thing i got out of it was usde of the pool. Not much for an extra $25 a night

  • Great hotel in earlier days; not now

    First attempt to check in we were promised a room with a pool view, but would not be ready for awhile, and they would call us. went back 4 hours ...

    First attempt to check in we were promised a room with a pool view, but would not be ready for awhile, and they would call us. Went back 4 hours later, stood in a second line and got key. Room was not what was promised, had view of a roof. Went and stood in another line and got another room. The baths in these two rooms under par compared to other hotels we have stayed. Too small and no room to move around. View of the strip. We were okay with this room until sleeping and found that one side of the bed was like a hammock; springs broken in the middle. Stood in another line and given a new room with a bigger bath which we appreciated. But spent about 5 hours of standing in lines, waiting for new rooms, moving, etc. The baths in the smaller rooms are unacceptable compared to the hotels we have stayed in with the same star rating. The staff behind the desk were okay but not overly friendly and only got satisfaction speaking with the people who were directing customers in front of the desk. They did try to please us when we told them our issues with free buffett and discounted the resorts fees; which we only right.
