    Hotel is a 20 minute cab ride from the airport. Located only a couple of blocks from the center of Old San Juan which is an easy walk. Free trolley service only two blocks from the hotel. The port is directly across the street with an excellent view of the harbor. So many shops and inexpensive restaurants within a four block radius. You can even take a leisurely 25 minute walk to the forts.

    We were not prepared for the commotion of the cruise ships when we arrived Tuesday but it all worked out. We had a corner room with a balcony which was great. The staff was polite and accommendating. Joseph was a great help to us. The bartenders at the Chicago Burger were also very nice. The only bad event was that I set off the smoke alarm in the room using the hair dryer. We had a great time.

    The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. we didn't get the room we booked until the last night of our stay! we hope to go back again ...

    The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We didn't get the room we booked until the last night of our stay! We hope to go back again next year and would stay in this hotel again as it was within walking distance to alot of great attractions. The pool was on the roof and what a clean great place to hang out it was located on the 9th floor and what a view over the bay and old san juan!
