    The room I was in was re-decorated, however, small and getting to the bathroom was annoying as the wall kept closing in due to the structure. Snack deli was very disappointing, last time I stayed in the hotel they had a very nice hot meal menu to go, completely cancelled and replaced by cheap options.

    This hotel is very nice the only problem is that they charge you 13.00 dlls per day for each device i was traveling with 5 devices so do the math, its way to espensive. But overall is an excellent hotel.

    Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Space for a fridge in the console, but it was empty. Ice machine on our floor was empty and dry. When we reported it, staff said someone probably filled a cooler, but it was empty and dry during our entire stay. The hotel is in a great location, convenient to Union station, and provided a bag check service that was very efficient and allowed us to enjoy our day after check out until time for our train.

    I decided at the last minute to fly to Chicago and stay in a hotel in preparation for the Chicago Half Marathon. The hotel provided excelelnt customer service and were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay with them immensely.
