We had a great room and great service!
11/22/2011Gorgeous views of the river and downtown city lights.... christmas decorations were being put up all over the city and in the hotel lobby! it was a wonderful weekend!

Nice clean rooms but dark and small. Great access to public transportation and local restaurants but no restaurant at the hotel. When we asked about a pool they said they shared one with another hotel down the street...Weird

Love the location, love the sushi bar downstairs (healthier alternative than most hotel eateries) and feel the room rates are very reasonable. Rooms are spacious enough, always clean and staff always helpful. I'm always happy to stay here when visiting Chicago.
