Close to everything, friendly staff.

The hotel is in close proximity to the downtown area near Pine Street which offers a variety of bars, clubs and restaurants. I especially liked having a balcony, it is hard to find a pretty cheap hotel with a balcony. The rooms were clean and there was a flat screen tv. Great deal.
