There were no ashtrays in the room but the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and made the stay very unfavorable. I am sure we may have been able to change rooms but it was too much trouble for the one night. I would not recommend to anyone I know even though the staff was excellent. The Internet was not free either!

This was only my second trip to Vegas, previously I stayed at another 4-5 star hotel and by far Venetian was a much nicer hotel and attentive friendly staff. We went for my gfs birthday and upon hearing this at check-in, they comped us the upgrade to a view of the strip. I was leery after reading a couple of the bad reviews on here recently, but our stay was excellent. Everything was nice and clean, prompt maid service, the room was huge! Cant really think of anything negative at all. Great location, lots to do at the hotel between all the shops, casino, lounge bars, restaurants, wax museum, gondola rides, etc. etc.

This hotel was awesome. Everything about the place was perfect. Our suite was gorgeous and clean. The service was from the hotel staff was amazing. I have nothing bad to say about the Venetian hotel. The location is also great because it's right in the middle of the strip. I am so happy we stayed here for our first visit to Vegas!
