    This hotel is directly off Michigan avenue at the north end of the shopping area. It is super convenient to shopping and sightseeing. The hotel is beautiful, customer service was amazing, loved it! The rooms are very elegant and tasteful. The bar in the lobby has great cocktails.

    Stayed here two nights, visiting family. Wound up having pleasant little conversations with: the guy behind the desk, the doorman, and one of the maids. Everybody was nice. The room was, I thought, pretty elegant, and pin drop quiet.

    We arrived in the middle of the Chicago marathon weekend, and it was bananas. But the staff was extremely professional and kind. They were friendly and upbeat. Even in the restaurant, the staff helped my young daughters get exactly what they wanted and took good care of us. Highly recommend!

    Regardless of our extremely early arrival, my wife and I were greeted and in a warm and inviting by all of the staff. The Bellhop was prompt in securing our luggage while our room was being prepared. The front desk staff were informative and helpful. The rooms were clean and inviting. Had breakfast in the Hotel restaurant which was good, little pricy. To go is less expensive and meets the needs of a tourist on the go. Overall our stay was Excellent.
