When Checking into the hotel the guy was very nice and quick with getting me checked in and directing me to our room. I had requested a non-smoking room. When I went to my room it was in a hallway clearly marked NON SMOKING which i was happy to see but the smell would tell you otherwise. When I went to ask the manager about smoking in those rooms they said they allow smoking in all rooms even the non-smoking ones. The hotel smelled like smoke badly. Going into the room the room smelled like smoke and was NOT clean...the bathroom had dirt all around the toliets, the fridge was covered in dust and didnt work very well. The beds looked like they had clean bedding but was a very uncomfortable bed. The Elevator looks like a shower and is very small and makes you feel unsafe with more than one person on it. Overall I WOULD NOT STAY AT OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL...Which is very said for a Ramada!!

The entire experience was a nightmare! Staff was attentive but completely unorganized and unprofessional. The entire facility was outdated and in poor repair. Furniture in the lobby was soiled. Floors were filthy in corners. Requested a non smoking floor and while the floor and every door were marked with no smoking indicators, the entire floor smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke and we had two ashtrays in our room ( one of which was still dirty!). Lighting fixtures in room were broken and two out of four were missing bulbs. While the beds appeared to be clean the rest of the seating was stained and appalling. I would hate to see what a black light might show. While we found no evidence of them one if us left covered in irritated bug bites. We checked in after midnight and stayed despite our best instincts. Huge mistake.! Management and the company should be ashamed! Stay away!!!

I was not pleased with this hotel. Its VERY old. It has no elevator. Its only 2 stories, but if you're already tired and have lots of luggage to drag, no elevator is a bummer. The hotel A/C broke while we were there. The guy at customer service was very rude and condescending. The tv only showed 1 channel. Just overall a bad stay!
