    This was our first experience at an "all-inclusive" hotel. We were part of a large wedding group and everyone liked the hotel so well that we all want to go back. The hotel staff was excellent - efficient and extremely friendly. Accommodations were also excellent. We had a beautiful room with an ocean view. The hotel is right on the beach and has fabulous swimming pools. You could always find a lounge chair poolside or on the beach. Food was good too. Vegetarians in our group raved over the menu options. The only negative was the on-site Italian restaurant. Food was just okay, and only 2 people of the 20 of us who ate there liked their meals. The dress code was restrictive for men, but not for women. You can easily catch busses in front of the hotel if you want to go shopping or eat at other restaurants. Overall, our group loved this place.

    What a vacation! Great service. The Itialian, Mexican and buffet restaurants were great! The fish tacos at the beach were awesome. I loved the cleanliness of the grounds and the hotel. The hospitality and the service provided was superior. I found this hotel to be exactly what I was hoping for. It provides the old world Spanish design charm. If your looking for contemporary brand new ultra modern this is not your place. This hotel offers a great relaxing stay. Although all inclusive I never observed anyone intixiacted or out of control. Our room was right next to the pool area and we never were disturbed at night, very quiet. There is no live music and can be considered a dull stay for the party happy patrons. But for me a relaxing and quiet vacation is what I seek. Not a lot of screaming little kids either. Lots of room at the pools and at the beach. The spa was little small. I appreciatted the free internet. The rooms can use a little updating but all in all I would recomend this hotel to anyone!

    All I can say is wow. Wonderful food and drinks. Our family had a great time. Rooms are so so but the property is fabulous as is the pool. This is a perfect vacation. We will be back.

    Me & my husband chose this hotel for the price of this all-inclusive and the pics and reviews seemed nice. Our room had no balcony and the bathroom was small w/ almost dangerous tub like other reviewers have said. But the rest of the hotel is fine. The staff is nice and accomodating. The buffet and restaurants were good. Loved the fish tacos by the beach/pool snack place. The free wi-fi only works in the lobby. But there a computer center too. The room was the worst aspect but we did just have a garden view room, maybe the more expensive rooms are nicer. Biggest complaint is about Cancun in general, not specifically this hotel--the timeshare harassment is unbelieveable! We got harassed about attending a timeshare presentation before we even left the airport. We got harassed at the Walmart there! And yes, we could have just said no, but you can't beat the discounted prices for the excursions, though we lost 2 mornings to attending and being held capitive & harrassed at 2 different timeshare presentations. So you have to figure out what's more important to you--having discounts to excursions but losing 1/2 a day vs having more time to enjoy your vacation but shelling a lot of money for excursions. Of course, if you just want to relax by the pool or beach and don't plan or want to do excursions it'll be easier to pass on the discounts. But that harassment did sour on us on returning to Cancun.

    This was the first trip we are taking as a family. I have two children ages 4 and 13 and both were entertained the entire time. The resort was amazing, not only was it beautiful but the service was incredible. There was never a problem getting anything. I highly recommend.
