    The only negative comment about the room relates to the loud air conditioning unit mounted on the wall i slept next to. there was no low-medium-high switch...basically ...

    The only negative comment about the room relates to the loud air conditioning unit mounted on the wall I slept next to. There was no Low-Medium-High switch...basically all or nothing. It was a bit obnoxious in my opinion.

    We stayed 3 nights at this hotel in June 2009. We were a bit dissapointed. The room was not really clean, and the place a bit shabby in general. My wife said the lobby restroom was very dirty "like something you would find in a gas station" The pool was not heated and really too cool to swim in. We ate breakfast there 1 morning and found the food to be expensive and of poor quality. The staff was helpfull. We would not stay there again.

    This hotel is nice, but the carpet and walls in the hallway area made it look a bit worn. The room itself was very spacious and in good condition. We booked an ocean view room (for about $ extra) and the tide was out most of the time we were there and it looked like a lagre mud flat. The bed appeared to be two single mattresses that had a firm spot running through the middle, but it was comfortable on either side. The staff was helpful when we had questions about the area.
