Excellent location and value for money. The hotel is located near San Diego Zoo and downtown. If you driving and would like to save some money this is a good Hotel. You will need to drive to near locations for dinner and/or lunch.

It's not the Ritz, but this hotel balances value, service and comfort (for me). I saw front desk staff providing extensive assistance and recommendations to residents. They offer shuttle service to the local attractions and they provide a warmth and sincerity that are not always found at the high priced hotels.

Great place for my son and I to stay while visiting San Diego. Pool had movie playing Friday and Saturday evening, plenty of towels and pool towel service. We took advantage of the free shuttle and discount tickets to the zoo. Wish they had breakfast :)

I just stayed here last weekend. And I guess you get what you pay for. This hotel was average, maybe a little above a Motel 6. But it was extremely noisy and the staff at the front desk were not very helpful and had me waiting for over 20 min before someone else just happened to come from the back and ask if I needed something. It was ok, but I don't think I would stay here again.

The staff was very helpful . The room was clean with plenty of towels . Very little noise with plenty of parking spaces . They had two computers and a printer in the lobby that were free for you to use at anytime . The price was with-in our range . Plenty of restaurants with-in walking distance . A shuttle bus to take and pick you up from the zoo and sea world. We would stay there again .
