    Amazing! A word for everything @ this hotel. We just came from a week stay @ the Westin in Princeville, Kauai. This Sheraton was higher rating on my radar. Staff much more accommodating and very friendly, all smiles. The grounds were kept clean. Housekeeping was very efficient. We were upgraded when we arrived and were not disappointed. Very Relaxing stay

    My wife and I have been at this hotel fifteen times since our 25th anniversary. Pre-remodel and after with several different tour companies (including ,to our misfortune, suntrips) and have never had a complaint that wasn't handled with the utmost efficiency and courtesy. I would recommend it to anyone and will be travelling there again ourselves this October.

    This hotel went beyond my expectations. We had a great deluxe ocean view room, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay awesome. The room service was always great as well, and the service is top notch!

    I was pleased beyond measure when the hotel staff informed me that what I had booked was no longer available and that my husband and I would be granted an upgrade. The ocean view accommodations in bldg. 6 were amazing!!! Not only were the man-made ammenities in our rooms amazing, but the full-out ocean views off the balconies were astounding! These were my best hotel rooms to date on the island. (the reason for the plural references: our upgrade involved part of the stay on floor 5 and the remainder on floor 2)

    My husband and our two teenage daughters spent the week before Christmas here. It was amazing. The staff was so helpful and always smiling. The food offered at the restaurants wasn't anything amazing, but good. The location was just perfect. We were upgraded to an ocean view room which really made our holiday and was very affordable (an additional $25 per night)!!! If I had one complaint, it was that the hotel seemed to "shut down" around 7:30 every night. Meaning all outside bars, pools, etc closed. It would have been nice to enjoy an evening cocktail outside. Otherwise it was amazing and we are looking at spending a week here this summer!!!!!!
