I would stay at the Paradise Point again in a heartbeat. Great location, gorgeous rooms, tons of activities for adults and kids, amazing pools. Only the spa was a bit of a disappointment, but that would not stop me from coming back again.

Paradise point is a great place for the family, you get the feeling you are on a secluded island. plan an extra day just to enjoy everything at the resort.

I can't say enough how great our stay was at Paradise Point last 4th of July! In fact, we just re-booked another stay for this year! The rooms are very comfortable and decorated in a neat way. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything. The resturant, Balleen was great and had awesome views of the bay. The bar right beside was alot of fun and had good atmosphere. We enjoyed watching a bird catch a fish while sipping on our long island ice teas!

This island is situated close to beaches, coronado island, downtown and great restaurants. However, once you enter the resort you get the feeling you have left the hustle and bustle of the city and have entered a quiet oasis. There is plenty of things to do on the island itself since it has its own private beach, three luxurious restaurants and beautiful landscaping/running trails. We stayed here for three nights for our first wedding anniversary. The staff was so friendly and wanted to do anything and everything to ensure our anniversary was perfect. They upgraded our room to the beach view suite and even offered to waive the price of our parking fee. The only down side is you need a car to travel outside of the resort to get around San Diego and they, unfortunately, charge for parking. Also, bring your own soaps because the ones they provide are not very good. Other than that, we had a very comfortable and relaxing anniversary on this "tropical island oasis" in San Diego.
