When I arrived there was trash all over outside my room. They did upgrade me to a different room that was just a better view. The property is nice but the rooms were no nicer then a motel 6.

The room was very damp with lots of condensation. We had to open doors and turn on heat to try and get rid of the damp feel. Very uncomfortable. I told them at the front desk, but they already seemed to be aware of it, as they blame the weather and dampness from the wter being so close. Plus you have to pay to park there and the day rate was 17 per day. It was too cold to enjoy outside. The gym was not great. Over all disappointing

We liked the bungalow style and enjoyed the wrap around beach. The rooms have a tropical feel and had everything we needed. There is a small gift store with extra amenities and a 18 hole putt-putt. It was too cold to be in the ocean on our visit, but they have several pools and bikes to rent.We were far enough away from the city life and close enough to Downtown. We like to eat at the local resatuarants and found many close by. We love San Diego and will try this hotel again.
