  Great service , very good restaurant. loud air conditioning in room. bathroom fixtures mediocre quality. comfortable bed with luxurious bedding. very convenient for rental car return and airport access.

  Clean room and comfortable bed. The hotel and rooms could use some updating. The lobby area looks newly renovated but the rooms are a little bit dated. The front desk staff was not the friendliest but still got the job done. I appreciated them bringing the packages that were sent to me up to my hotel room. The room was very quiet even though we were very close to the airport.

  This hotel has become my first choice in Tucson. The staff is friendly and helpful. I called about a maintenance issue and it was fixed within 2 minutes. The two computers for guest use were really helpful. There was no noise from the airport or the other rooms even though the hotel was sold out. They no longer include breakfast for free except for occasional special offers. If you find that advertised then it must print out on your confirmation statement. They will give you coupons when you check in. Otherwise they charge $9.95 per day.

  I loved this place. My traveling companion and I couldn't believe the great rooms, the excellent service, and above all the free breakfast, with omelet no less, that went with it. We had poolside rooms, very quiet, very spacious, very nice. I'll always try to stay here whenever I visit Tucson!

  Great front desk staff! really know how to make guest feel welcome! I felt like I was Home! really funny and outgoing! for young kids they were really professional! I'm for sure coming back! Hopefully they're still there. Great food! Comfortable beds! Slept like a baby.
