    Hotel doesn't have much choice for places to dine. Hotel did not honor the breakfast buffet included in reservation. Hotel claimed it was a promo from Travel agency. Wasn't much selection for TV. Hard to find even the loval news because Ballys dominated all the channels with their in house stuff.

    While not the most posh hotel on the strip, Bally's can provide a clean, comfortable room at the center of the Strip for a resonable fee. During my last visit to LV, I booked a deluxe room in the North tower and I was very satisfied. Did my room have a nice big flat screen TV and a big luxurious bathroom? No, but how much time are you going to spend in your room while in Vegas? Check-in was resonable quick, especially considering it was T-giving holiday weekend. Booked the room direct thru Bally's for an average of $* per night.

    Hotel stay at Bally's was excellent. Large room with a King bed for a two night stay. Room was clean, bed linens were comfortable as were the pillows. Mattress was firm aiding in a good night's rest. Front desk were extremely helpful and courteous, especially helping with check in. Convenient location on the strip. Overall, the hotel was a great value.

    We booked a very good room deal with Ballys that included a great coupon booklet. Unfortunately when we arrived they had been out of the booklets for two days and still didn't have after another two days. We spoke with 3 different employees with no help. Finally we spoke with the front desk manager and she gave us one from her locker. They have a shuttle to Harrahs other casinos but no times listed so can be a long cold wait. We upgraded to a room in the renovated part of hotel it was adequate but certainly was no upgrade or they have a very low standard. The positive what a great location. Very central to everything. Stay if its a bargain but don't expect to be wowed or even get what is included in a package.
