    Ballys has gone downhill. The bed was HORRIBLE and the pillows were very old and needed to be changed. They actually had an egg carton over the mattress. The room was clean though, just needed some MAJOR updates, I was in a suite facing the strip. The casino needs ventilation. The smoke just stays in the air - it's really bad. I checked in at 1230 am and the wait was long and I was told my room was lot guaranteed even though I had prepaid so they gave me a different room than I had originally paid for. WIFI was 13.99 per day and the gym was free. The pool is also a good walk for those of you who have never stayed here. I won't be staying here again.

    There were way to many people in vegas for me and the price of everything has gone through the roof a must see destination but once is enough.

    Bally's Las Vegas Hotel indeed does have large rooms as previously described by others. I was fortunate to get an upgrade to the North Tower which is the remodeled tower. They normally charge $10 extra per day for upgrading to the North Tower, but since it was my birthday they upgraded me for free. Only issue we had at this hotel was that there was a problem with the running water from the bath/shower. The water was yellow as there seemed to be a problem with the pipes or something. We had to leave the water running for nearly 45 minutes before it cleared. I asked for maintenance to check it out and they never came. This seems to be a recurring problem at this hotel. Others have complained about maintenance not responding to calls. Fortunately, everything else was great. I would give this hotel an 8 out of 10 because of its location (next to Paris and across from Bellagion/Caesar's) and decent customer service at the front desk. The room felt a little more luxurious than I expected it to be for the price I got it for.

    The hotel room was very nice and the location of the hotel was great it is right in the middle of the strip, the monarail is in the downstairs of Bally's so that was nice, the bus stop was a little ways away, but you could catch a Taxi right out front.

    The room was stuck in the 1970's, with the wallpaper coming off the wall. The furniture look like something that came from my grandmothers house and the bathroom well lets just say I could not identify the stains on the shower curtain except the blood. The bathroom fan had so much dust on/in it I was shocked it worked.
