    It took one hour to check-in at 2:00am on a Friday, only four people working on the desk at any one time. Otherwise, stay was good, they upgraded us to a suite, as that's all they had.

    customer service at Bally's was excellent. XYZ was very accomodating ,pleasant was always smiling and she tried to find the best rooms that would meet out needs. i booked two rooms and she tried to find that would connect 2 rooms .it was so perfect for my kids .

    We stayed at Bally's for a long weekend. The rooms were spacious and clean. The decor of the room was outdated, but that's not something that bothers us. I only mention it, because I know that it may bother other travelers. The bed was a little soft for our tasted. The prime location on the strip was nice. Located about the middle of the Strip, Bally's makes it easy to see all the sights along the strip. We would stay in there again. We ate at the deli type restaurant located beside the casino, near the south tower elevators. It was over priced and pretty bland. I wouldn't recommend eating there.

    Our room was quite spacious. It was nicely cleaned every day. I found all the people that worked there, that we came in contact with, to be very helpful. Would stay there again. Very convenient to all the casinos on the strip.

    Hotel very nice. Upgraded room for $* more a night to North Tower. Rooms were large, lovely and immaculately clean with every convenience - only exception no coffee/tea making service in room. Very convenient location on The Strip next door to Paris and Flamingo Hotel. Food in hotel only fair. Would definitely stay there again..
