    The location of Bally's is perfect. The South Tower is older but the amazing views make up for it. From our room, we saw the strip all the way down to NYNY, Bellagio fountain show, Paris & PH. There's also a convenience store across the street. Can't beat it.

    The door handle on the door was broken, the wicker chair was broken in half but put together so if someone were to sit in it then it would fall apart, the jacuzzi tub had damage to it that was very poorly fixed. The carpet had stains all over it and cigarette burns. The curtains were stained with who knows what. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the ground.

    We stayed in the south tower which is the older rooms, but the view of the strip from our rooms on the 61's floor were great. The rooms were huge, clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was perfect. For the price it was an overall good deal.

    Bally's is very basic--no attractions (besides Jubilee, if that's your thing), no restaurants to get excited about, and a small, unremarkable casino. That said, the staff is friendly (the check in counter is woefully understaffed, but when you finally speak to someone, they're eager to please), and we found our room spacious, quiet, and clean (North tower, Deluxe Room). We were on a non-smoking floor (15th) and couldn't detect any smell of cigarettes (until we hit the lobby floor, of course). Great price on the room considering that you're right in the middle of the strip. I'd recommend this to any value traveler.

    Bally's is a convienent location on the strip. Clean hotel, but at times the staffing was a little "non staffed". I know in todays economy it is hard to function because of funding, so I just had to remember, I had more time then money :-)
