We went to a conference and arrived early enough to beat the crowds, but our room wasn't ready and we had to check bags with desk and wait for a couple of hours to check in. The room was average but the bed was really uncomfortable. This hotel had other rooms which were better and they offered an upgrade but we didn't want to pay the difference.

I enjoyed my stay, At check-in I was greeted with a very nice young man who took care of me very efficiently. He also informed me ot some of the entertainment that was happening on the strip. My room was very nice. Unfortunately, the safe broke and I had to wait until a repair man came to fix it but they fixed it pretty quickly. Food was pretty good but the little bar/restaurant service was lacking, the area needed to be cleaned better. The pool area and service was good. I was dissapointed with the check-out because the charged me for internet service when I did not utilize the service. They stated that I plugged in my laptop. I didn't even have a computer with me. They finally removed it from my bill but when I got the actual printed bill in the mail they added the charge back on. I had to make several calls to get the charge removed. It was a great inconvenience.

We haved stayed at Bally's several times now, we love the location, the staff on gaming tables are very freindly, always good entertainment and I know we will be back again and again. Are rooms were very comfortable, clean and nice.

Located in the center of the strip, I was able to easily walk to anywhere I wanted to go saving me the cost of a rental car. The staff was great, my room was always clean and stocked with hotel amenities daily. The hotel lobbies were beautiful compared to another hotel i had stayed at previously. I would absolutely stay there again.
