We had a fantastic stay. The lobby was big and beautiful, the rooms were bright and clean. Located a couple of blocks from Union Square this was a lively location. Just stray away from the near by Tenderloin!

In my opinion and from experience you can't really go wrong when choosing to stay at a Hilton. The hotel was very conveniently located (near union square) for our shopping and socializing needs and any questions we had were easily solved by the concierge. There's a nice little bar/restaurant located down stairs that has yummy food and drinks although a little pricey for me (a college student). Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean hotel was simple, if you're looking for the funky artsy feel of San Fran in a hotel I wouldn't recommend this place, but since I'd been to SF a few times in the past year and half this was sufficient for me.
